32 Charlotte Street is a historic home built in 1820 and known as the Wegman-Holmes house. It is set back from the street behind a brick and ironwork fence on an acre. The property is beautifully landscaped with natural areas, stone patios, young fruit trees, flower beds, 200 year old oaks and a large lawn. There is secure complimentary parking behind an electric gate. The house is in an ideal location on a beautiful wide street lined with 150 year old oak trees in the heart of the historic district.
