Nightly rate range:
$250-$495 plus 4% tax
(dependent on number of people and season)
Inquire about reduced weekly rates. Check
in - 3:30 PM & Check out - 10:30 AM.
Rental includes stocking kitchen with full breakfast and light refreshments, first
quality linens, and all utilities except long distance phone service.
Three night minimum. Two night stays available if schedule permits.
Accommodations are non-smoking
only.

Pets
and/or children under 14 at proprietors discretion.
One
third rental amount deposit required to hold reservation; remainder due
upon arrival. We gladly accept cash or personal check. Cancellation at any time
will result in forfeiture of deposit. However, we will attempt to find
a replacement renter and will refund to you any amount paid by the substitute
renter.
Security
deposit of $500 required for stays of one month or more.
